System administration for customers becomes extremely easy, mainly through drag, drop and interaction through the web interface. Internal technical issues when there is a problem, customers can actively handle or contact Cloudzone for free support.
Operating under the Private Cloud mechanism, the entire server system and data above are directly managed and operated by customers. Cloudzone only stands outside playing the role of support and troubleshooting when required by customers.
All servers used for the customer’s Private Cloud system are Enterprise series servers, with high load capacity and performance. Some server lines use: DELL R620, DELL R630, DELL R720, HP DL360p G8.
In addition, the components used for the server are all specialized products, ECC RAM, Disk SAS 10k, SSD Enterprise, helping to ensure that customer applications always operate in the best environment.
The network uplink of the Private Cloud customer system is connected to the Core system of Cloudzone, helping to ensure Internet transmission speed, the connecting ports are all 1Gb and are bonded 2 lines to increase redundancy.
The internal network inside the customer’s Private Cloud is dedicated, uses an independent switch, and does not share resources at all with any other server outside the cluster. This helps to ensure the synchronization of storage systems between servers in the cloud is always guaranteed.
The above technology helps customers reduce costs while ensuring data availability compared to traditional SAN and NAS technologies. Thanks to SSD hard disks as cache and multi-tier storage system, the speed of the system is multiplied many times compared to single servers.
